Permanent development of the internal training team of a multinational corporation in six countries

The key challenge of this assignment was the extreme diversity of the training team of the client due to the intercultural environment and the excessively quick selection process as the result of the dynamic growth. Therefore, a continuous learning forum was established, the motivation system was revised and different training levels were implemented with complying rights and duties.

Establishment of sales organization within a large firm, including the sales focused training of ca. 1.000 associates at all levels

The different motivational level of the participants was the biggest hurdle to overcome on this project. The issue was solved by the complete restructuring of the motivations system and the involvement of an expert, who was dedicated to the change and credible for the participants.

Design and implementation of a comprehensive corporate health program covering nearly 500 associates

In this case, the definition of the project cope was the key issue, since the understandings of the stakeholders were very diverse concerning the nature and intended objectives of a health program. Therefore, the preferences of the associates were assessed with a comprehensive survey and they were aligned with the objectives of the organization.

Implementation of intercultural projects, including among others the deign and delivery of related trainings in 5 countries

Every local culture and the related markets are different and therefore the execution of a pilot program and its simple extension to other markets is very often not the right way. The appropriate adjustment process proved to be the most critical and most difficult during our international projects.

Complex leadership development projects for various levels ranging from team leaders to CEO

The motivation and participation of the executives of the client are the key success criteria for these projects. Our most successful assignments commenced always from the top of the hierarchy, through leadership coaching and team coaching. It was followed by a competency development process throughout the whole organization. The results are enhanced with project based tasks, which promote the increased actual involvement and personal improvement of the participants. The efficiency of the program is further supported by a dedicated special monitoring board.
